Simulación del control de temperatura de un reactor de tanque agitado de Van De Vusse

En este trabajo se realiza la simulación del control automático de temperatura de un reactor de tanque agitado de Van de Vusse para la producción de etilenglicol. Para que se lleve a cabo la reacción evitando la generación de productos secundarios se debe garantizar un proceso isotérmico a 55°C. Para realizar la simulación del proceso en el programa de MathLab se usó la ley de velocidad de la reacción química del óxido de etileno manteniendo exceso de agua conjuntamente con su balance molar para así obtener una ecuación de diseño del reactor CSTR de Van de Vusse a temperatura constante. Los resultados de la simulación muestran que el control automático con el sistema linealizado se ajusta a la temperatura de set point de 55°C sin elevarse más de 65°C evitando producto no deseado.
